my thoughts

Dear 404,
Today is the last day of official school for Sec 4s O Level track. At around 2.30pm, I was wandering around 2nd level and I saw some of them crying, many picture taking etc etc. It's quite sad that all these had to happen with a dark cloud of OLEVELS looming over them but well, i'm sure they will pull through and do well =)
Anyway, all that just gave me a lot of thoughts after that. To some of my O Level track friends, today really really spelled FINAL for any type of lessons or whatever they are going to have. yeah, but we're an IP class. and this end of year exams doesn't really have any finality to it, because it feels like any other year. and after EOYs...sure...we still have many different activities, so in the end...it just doesn't give me the feeling of any finality at all. but 404, i realised it's so not going to be the same! it's not like any other year! it's the graduating year! it's our final year...FINAL month as class 404. or as NY girl. or anything. I just don't want this year to end without a nice closure, and a nice conclusion, a nice memory of the last day that i can look back and smile when i think about it. haha but what is sad is...when exactly is our last day? which day shall we mark as our last day? it would be bad if we let our "last day" slip away just like that, without saying anything or doing anything as a class that we all feel for. =)
actually i don't really know what's my point...but thank you for these 2 wonderful years. the maddest, craziest, loudest, funniest days spent in a classroom. everything came so naturally and i don't really know if our class culture is like that because of influence from certain people but well, that doesn't matter anymore, because everyone in 404 has come and learnt to love the class. this year's teachers' day left an impact on me. it truly did. because of 404. =) there are certain things which i look back and i regret not doing...like eating more recesses together with the class...and there are certain things which i'm truly glad i did. some things in life, you'll know to put your best and your heart into it because it's worthwhile. and just because you simply WANT to. 404 is one of them.
let me write a paragraph about 404 =X
In 2004, 304 started out with our UNCONVENTIONAL seating arrangement. our champion class flag....and the RUBBISH prank from some classmates about us not winning anything. I recall our class being so empty behind, because of our small class size. and well seatin arrangement again. and we do all sorts of weird things behind. pumping and push-ups. gossiping...chasing whatever la. HAHA. it probably also started out with some loud and friendly characters in our class that eventually broke the ice during lessons. soon, 304 could rock down the entire atrium.
304 matured to 404. go and look at the pictures of the class breakfast. where some people kept long/short hair. how much have we changed? then came Mr Nah our new FT...whom we tried for a long time fighting for a seating arrangement that we fancied =) and well...many lessons came and went, with jokes and very hilarious things happening. some punchlines from certain people that can crack up the entire class for at least a few days. oh well, i guess 404 is just a class who is simply very good-natured lor. i love the way we put in our best for things that actually don't even matter to many NY girls out there, sadly. i think i told someone before, not sure who, wouldn't it be nice if I didn't have to study physics. HAHA. but then again. NO WAY man. then i won't be in 404? maybe 405. thank you for the times you've given me. or rather. the times we've given each other. yes...404 is the best class i've ever been part of...10 years of schooling =)
well those who finished exams, PLAY HARD. geog and c lit pals, STUDY HARD. we'll be free soon. =)

counting down 8 days to Secondary 4 Graduation Ceremony 22nd October.
